Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Patel has been a banker since 1998, when he started with BMO Harris Bank. Creative Lending Solutions was founded in 2003 by Mr. Patel, and is the current CEO of the company. He has centered his business on loan origination for commercial real estate finance since 2003 as well. During this time, his work contributed to the closing of more than a $1 Billion in loan volume, representing nearly $5 billion in overall project value. He primarily focuses on providing Debt Financing for a variety of acquisition, re-finance, development, and construction projects. These projects include hotels, retail centers, retail franchise, gas stations, mixed-use projects, land development, and other “value-add” scenarios with loan sizes ranging from $1-50 Million. These loans have been placed through major National and Local Banks, Conduit lenders, and preferred SBA Lenders throughout the Country.

In his free time, Mr. Patel enjoys fast cars, traveling the globe, and architecture. He volunteers for multiple charitable organizations and tutors upcoming young entrepreneurs.

Mr. Patel is a graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago in Finance.

Parthiv
President

Parthiv began his banking career in 2004 as a Licensed Personal Banker with Fifth Third Bank in Highland Park, IL. In the earlier part of his career Parthiv held various retail branch management positions from managing traditional locations to developing and growing the bank’s DeNovo locations. While managing multiple retail locations, Parthiv excelled in Business Development and Commercial Lending. In 2009 Parthiv was appointed as Small Business Banking Team Lead and Vice President managing 13 business bankers in the Chicago market. In 2012 Parthiv joined Associated Bank as Senior Bank Manger responsible for overseeing all of the daily operations of the Elgin location while focusing on Commercial Lending. Parthiv joined First Eagle Bank as Vice President in 2015. In Addition, Parthiv is active in numerous networking and charitable organizations. For fun, Parthiv likes to play golf, play cricket, and spend time with the family.

Fred
Chief Sales officer (CSO)

Mr. Schwartz has more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has a strong understanding of the hotel industry, based on his almost 18 years as AAHOA’s President, and most recently, having served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Northeast Bank. In that role, he generated hundreds of financing leads, resulting in helping numerous borrowers with their hotel acquisitions.

Prior to joining Northeast Bank, Schwartz served as Senior Vice President of Midscale Development at the Radisson Hotel Group (Carlson). Under Schwartz’s leadership, the Country Inns & Suites unit growth increased 200% in 2016 against 2015, and 300% against 2014.

Prior to his role with Carlson, Schwartz served as President of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) for almost 18 years. During his tenure as president of AAHOA, the Association increased its membership from 3,000 to more than 14,000 members. In the process, AAHOA became the hospitality industry’s largest group of hotel owners, as well as one of the most influential voices on a wide range of issues, from political advocacy to professional development.

Prior to AAHOA, Schwartz managed the hospitality program for the 1996 Olympic Games, which were held in Atlanta, GA. Schwartz also held executive positions with InterContinental Hotels Group, Hyatt Hotels, and Warwick International.

Schwartz is a graduate of Queens College in New York.

Johnathan
EVP – Western United States

Mr. Choe is an accomplished c-suite executive with nearly 30 years of broad banking experience. He has a history of superior performance in a continuously progressive career leading the retail, mortgage, business banking and investments & insurance lines of businesses in Hawaii, California, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Colorado, Illinois and Indiana. He has both large and community bank experience with Wells Fargo Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Bank of the Cascades, and most recently, American Savings Bank, Hawaii. Mr. Choe has managed $4.5 billion of bank assets, an investment and insurance business that generated $9 million in annual revenue, and a network of 200 branches.

He holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of California, Davis and earned an advanced degree in retail bank management from the University of Virginia. He also enjoys serving his community through Junior Achievement and the Big Brothers Big Sisters. He is a past board member of the Goodman Theater and the Lincoln Park Zoo.

Johnathan is a dedicated and loving husband and father to three terrific teenage children.

Bandish
Loan Operation Manager

Bandish brings more than a decade’ experience to Creative Lending Solutions. He enjoys working in lending as he can fully utilize his education and draw from a well-rounded background in banking, insurance, telecommunications, and management. Bandish has won a number of awards for his work in financial systems. Holding several advanced degrees in accountancy and computer science, he has served in diversified positions across the U.S. and India, developing customer bases, increasing revenue, exceeding business goals, and fostering strong communication. Outside of his work, Bandish is a keen world-traveler. He has organized various trekking camps in the Himalayas, and enjoys exploring new languages and cultures. He is an avid cricket fan and follows a number of other sports, as well as chess.

Chad
President, CLS Realestate Group

Mr. Patel serves as President of CLS Real Estate Group out of Schaumburg, Illinois. His Hospitality Industry experience spans over a decade. He is experienced with hotel development, operations, renovations and Hotel Brokerage. As an owner and advisor, Chad has a competitive edge by knowing the Hotel business and is at experienced with Hotel evaluations, Hotel Financing, and analyzing PIP & renovations.

Chad has owned and operated hotels in the Midwest markets under a vast number of brands including Hilton, IHG, Choice International, & Radisson Hotels. Over his career, He has acquired a thorough understanding of Hotel acquisition, operation, renovations and disposition. This knowledge and experience allows Him the unique position of representing, marketing, and guiding Hotel clients through the complex process of Hotel brokerage in the ever-changing hospitality market.

For fun Chad likes to travel, golf, baseball, hiking. Mr. Patel is a dedicated & loving husband and father to two Children.
