Mr. Patel serves as President of CLS Real Estate Group out of Schaumburg, Illinois. His Hospitality Industry experience spans over a decade. He is experienced with hotel development, operations, renovations and Hotel Brokerage. As an owner and advisor, Chad has a competitive edge by knowing the Hotel business and is at experienced with Hotel evaluations, Hotel Financing, and analyzing PIP & renovations.
Chad has owned and operated hotels in the Midwest markets under a vast number of brands including Hilton, IHG, Choice International, & Radisson Hotels. Over his career, He has acquired a thorough understanding of Hotel acquisition, operation, renovations and disposition. This knowledge and experience allows Him the unique position of representing, marketing, and guiding Hotel clients through the complex process of Hotel brokerage in the ever-changing hospitality market.
For fun Chad likes to travel, golf, baseball, hiking. Mr. Patel is a dedicated & loving husband and father to two Children.
