Mr. Patel has been a banker since 1998, when he started with BMO Harris Bank. Creative Lending Solutions was founded in 2003 by Mr. Patel, and is the current CEO of the company. He has centered his business on loan origination for commercial real estate finance since 2003 as well. During this time, his work contributed to the closing of more than a $1.5 Billion in loan volume, representing nearly $5 billion in overall project value. He primarily focuses on providing Debt Financing for a variety of acquisition, re-finance, development, and construction projects. These projects include hotels, retail centers, retail franchise, gas stations, mixed-use projects, land development, and other “value-add” scenarios with loan sizes ranging from $1-50 Million. These loans have been placed through major National and Local Banks, Conduit lenders, and preferred SBA Lenders throughout the Country.
In his free time, Mr. Patel enjoys fast cars, traveling the globe, and architecture. He volunteers for multiple charitable organizations and tutors upcoming young entrepreneurs.
Mr. Patel is a graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago in Finance.
